Facility Rentals

Ivy Bodin Reception Rose Garden

The Ivy Bodin Reception Rose Garden includes areas of pavers and turf, and is encircled by Heritage Roses and an arch walkway – a beautiful setting for luncheons, dinners, catered events, and weddings.  Add tables and chairs and enjoy your party!

The Garden House

The Garden House has spacious meeting rooms and a full kitchen – a great place for meetings, classes, and indoor events.

Culinary Garden
Our Culinary Garden Patio has seating, shade, and an amazing view of North County.
Covered Palapa
The covered Palapa is a fun place for small meetings and classes.
Ceremonial Garden
The Ceremonial Garden has plenty of room for setting up shade canopies, tables, and chairs for your event.
Children’s Garden

Our Children’s Garden is a wonderful place for birthday parties and family gatherings – with picnic tables, shade, and play features.

Outdoor Locations

Enjoy nature and all its splendor!

  • Ceremonial Lawn $ 150 /hour 4 hour minimum
  • Rose Garden $ 150 /hour 4 hour minimum
  • Children’s Garden $ 100 /hour 2 hour minimum
  • Culinary Garden & Patio $ 100 /hour 2 hour minimum
  • Palapa & Courtyard $ 100 /hour 2 hour minimum

Garden House

This quaint cottage features 2 open event spaces, kitchen, private lounge with restroom,

additional restroom, and a semi private deck with views of the rose garden.

  • Garden House $ 150 /hour 4 hour minimum

Furniture

Let us help you with tables and chairs for your event!

  • 60” round tables $ 10 ea
  • 6’ rectangular tables $ 10 ea.
  • White folding chairs $ 2 ea

Additional Fees

  • Set up and take down of tables and chairs $ 200- $ 400
  • Cleaning (restroom trailer etc) $ 100- $ 300
  • Extra hours over rental timeframe $ 300 /hour or fraction thereof

** all events must end by 8 pm and renter/vendors have until 9 pm to clear out of garden

Kudos
Amazing place to get away and be in nature. Found this “hidden gem” and loved it right away! The gardens are very tranquil and beautiful. This is a non-profit and is run by donations. The staff/ volunteers of the gardens are very kind and take great care of maintaining them. They do special events and weddings here too! I’m getting married here next June and can’t wait!!
