Pick up supplies on Saturday, October 5 from 10 am to 2 pm. 

Check with me if you cannot come on 10/5  

and you can meet me on another day to get your  

sticks, head, and stuffing.

Announcing Emily Peltz and Cole Campi have been elected to AVBG Board of Directors!

Proclamations and Resolutions Honors Received:   

  • Zen Stacking Stone Garden received Certificates of Recognition from Mike Levin Congressman, 49th District, Catherine Blakespear Senator, District 38, and Laurie Davies Assemblywoman, 74th District. 

  • 25th Anniversary received a Proclamation from Jim Desmond 5th District, San Diego County Board of Supervisors, declaring September 7, 2024, “Alta Vista Botanical Gardens 25th Anniversary Day” throughout San Diego County.  

  • 25th Anniversary received a Joint Membership Resolution from Senator Catherine Blakespear and Assembly Member Laurie Davies congratulating “its 25th Anniversary, commended for its ongoing efforts to preserve and promote the natural beauty of the Vista area for a all to enjoy, and extended best wishes for continued success in the future”.

Enjoy Yoga in the Gardens

Enjoy Yoga in the Gardens year-round at AVBG in our beautiful Rose/Ceremonial Garden on the lawn.  Shelly and Louise are Certified Yoga Instructors that offer 6 classes per week.  They teach safe and mindful classes taught for All Levels

We have umbrellas for shade and plenty of room.

Classes are $10 for Members and $15 for Non-Members
